How to use?
- Mix with brown sugar, coconut oil, golden syrup and dried fruit for the ultimate flapjacks
- For easy overnight oats, combine oats with milk and cinnamon and pop in a jar or a covered bowl in the fridge. Leave overnight, then top with yoghurt, red fruits, sliced banana, nuts and seeds in the morning
- Sprinkle over yoghurt and add your favourite fruit, nuts and seeds for a quick and easy breakfast
