Directions:
To make two servings add 170g of mix to 100ml of water mix thoroughly and leave to stand for 20 minutes. Place in a small oiled tray press down and cook for a 20 minutes at 190–C or gas mark 5. Leave to stand for 5 minutes and then serve.
