Matcha is made from whole Japanese green tea ground to a powder and is believed to be the purest way to ingest the Camellia Sinensis plant. A unique blend of Sencha, South India and Japanese matcha green tea, Heath & Heather organic imperial matcha tea has an uplifting energy and lively, sweet flavour. Matcha has been drank in Japan as part of the tea ceremony for almost 900 years, and is used by Buddhist monks to keep them alert, awake and focused during long days of meditation.

Directions:
