Directions:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or for those planning a pregnancy. Do not apply to broken, irritated skin or near to eyes. In case of irritation or rash stop using immediately. If the problem persists, contact your GP. 1. Clean and dry forehead before use. Cut open the pouch and remove the patch. Use immediately. 2. Remove part of the transparent liner to expose the adhesive gel area. Apply the patch on the forehead while gently peeling away the liner. 3. Remove, discard and replace with a new patch as required.
