The perfect blend of peppers, tomatoes, carrots, courgette, onion, garlic and oregano, this tasty sauce is a real crowd-pleaser. Stir it through your favourite pasta for a quick and easy lunch, or use it as a marinade.

How to use?

• Great with penne, spaghetti or any other pasta that you fancy. Serve with green beans or spinach for the perfect midweek meal.
• Mix with some herbs and olive oil, and use as a marinade for chicken. Cover and leave in the fridge for a few hours, then cook in the oven and serve with roast potatoes and veggies.
• Toss cooked pasta with vegetables or meat, cheese and pasta sauce for a wholesome pasta bake.
