Being plant-based, soya bean noodles are a good-value and high in protein too and are an essential store cupboard ingredient. Getting adequate protein in our diet is important. Protein contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass and maintenance of normal bones. Both protein and fibre take longer to digest than other macronutrients, which can help us to feel fuller. So, including fibre and protein rich foods at meal times may help to keep hunger at bay.
