What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?
- Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemose) is a herb from the buttercup family, also known as Black Snakeroot, Rattleweed and Bugbane. It originated in North America and was used by the native people there for centuries to help relieve the symptoms of menopause and menstrual irregularities, including hot flushes, night sweats and temporary changes in mood – like nervous irritability and restlessness. Black Cohosh Root can help to relieve these uncomfortable symptoms.
- Traditionally, St. John’s Wort was a popular remedy for sleep disorders, depression, and wound healing. Nowadays, St John’s wort is used to relieve symptoms of slightly low mood and mild anxiety.
