Holland & Barrett New Mother Support tablets have been specially formulated for new mums – with a blend of nutrients that offer support during postpartum.
These tablets contain iron and magnesium which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Plus, biotin, calcium, iodine, magnesium, niacin, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), riboflavin and thiamine, which all contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Vitamins C, D, B6 and B12, iron, selenium and zinc all contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Zinc and selenium also contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and nails.
