- Start by applying Enhance and Define Lip Pencil in the shade that matches your True Velvet Lip Colour. There’s a lip liner counterpart for every colour!
- Apply True Velvet Lip Colour straight from the bullet or use a lip brush. Lisa’s No. 20 Lip Brush is perfect. Lisa recommends “a one-swipe graphic lip statement or pat on gently for a subtle, painterly lip stain”.
- Take your time to press it into the lips. Build up in thin layers as desired.
- Finish by redefining the lip line with your lip pencil to sculpt, emphasise and enhance your natural shape.
