Preparation and Usage
How to Use
Children of 6 years and younger, use a pea sized amount for supervised brushing to minimise swallowing. Tips for healthier teeth and gums. Brush with a fluoride toothpaste at least twice a day (at night plus one other time). Rinse with fluoride mouthwash to help strengthen tooth enamel and protect against plaque and cavities. Dentists recommend you change your toothbrush at least every 3 months. Visit your dentist as often as they recommend.
